Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be delivered in 3-5 business days, depending on where you are located. It may also take a little longer for addresses in rural areas. We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. At this time we only offer shipping to addresses within New Zealand.

Free Shipping

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $60 or more. To qualify, you’ll need to reach $60 after all discounts have been applied. Free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.

Shipping Fees

  • Non-rural addresses in North Island & South Island is $6
  • Rural addresses in North Island & South Island is $9

All Deiji parcels will be delivered in eco-friendly shipping with protective paper wrapping, recycled plastic satchels, or paper boxes at no extra cost.

Delivery with NZ Post

All orders will be delivered by NZ Post using Track & Trace to the address in your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped that will include the Track & Trace reference number for your parcel. You can track delivery by clicking on the tracking number in the email.

If no-one is available at the address to take delivery, NZ Post will leave you a 'card to call', advising that the parcel has been returned to their premises. In this instance, you can either pick up the item from NZ Post or contact them to organise re-delivery on 0800 268 743.

Click & Collect

  • Shop online and when you’re ready to check out, just choose pick up as your delivery method.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation of your Click & Collect order and we’ll get to work on your order.
  • As soon as your order is ready to be picked up from the deiji store, you’ll get a second email.
  • Once you receive your email that your order is ready to collect, simply head to our store for pick up of your order. Please remember to take photo ID with you to collect your order.
