How to use

Directions for Use

Tear open the package along the notch and remove the warming patch. It will heat up to above 40°C in approximately 10 minutes.
Peel off the release paper and attach the patch to the outside of your clothing/underwear over the area where warmth is needed. Smooth it down by hand.
Do not use while sleeping.
Do not use with an electric blanket.
Do not use directly in front of heaters or other heating appliances.

Precautions

The product begins to generate heat once the package is opened. Do not open the package until you are ready to use it.
Take care to avoid low-temperature burns.
To prevent low-temperature burns, do not apply the patch to the same area for an extended period. Do not use while sleeping or together with other heating devices.
Do not swallow. If accidentally ingested, rinse the mouth immediately and seek medical attention.
Not suitable for pregnant women, infants or young children.
People with skin conditions, diabetes, high fever, or those unable to care for themselves should use with caution.
Keep out of reach of children.
For single use only. If the patch feels too hot during use, remove it immediately and discontinue use.
Use within the stated shelf life.
