I have monolids and extremely oily skin. This eyeliner when used with effective eyelid primer and topped off with translucent powder absolutely does not budge! I wore this for 8 hours straight at work.

My favorite liquid eyeliner!! It goes on so smoothly and is genuinely one of the best liquid liners I've ever used. Color is good, it doesn't smudge or anything but it's easy to get off with micellar water or makeup wipes.
