The ANUA Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a milky, emulsion‑type toner that blends a high concentration of rice water (≈ 70 %) with brightening and barrier‑supporting ingredients. It is designed to hydrate, soothe, improve radiance, and prep the skin for subsequent treatments while imparting a light “glow.”

How to Use

• After cleansing, dispense a suitable amount (a few pumps or capful) into your hands or onto a cotton pad.
• Gently pat or press the toner onto the face and neck (or wipe with cotton pad) until absorbed.
• Follow with your serum / ampoule / moisturizer steps.
• Use morning and night. For best results, apply on slightly damp skin to help absorption.
• Layering tips: Because it’s milky and slightly emollient, it can substitute partly for a light essence or be used before actives.
