How to use

Use the doe-foot applicator to place a small amount of color onto the center of the lips and spread evenly. For a full matte lip, continue applying toward the lip edges.

For a soft-focus or gradient effect, concentrate the color toward the inner lips, then use the jelly blending tip to gently diffuse the edges until the desired blurred finish is achieved. JOOCYEE’s official instructions recommend blending from the center outward until the lips are evenly covered.
