How to Use

Apply the lightest matte shade across the eyelid as a base. Add one or more of the medium neutral shades through the crease and outer eyelid to build dimension. Use the darkest shade close to the lash line or outer corner for greater definition.

Finish by pressing the shimmer shade onto the center of the upper lid, inner corner or lower lash area where desired. FLOWER KNOWS retailer guidance recommends beginning with a small amount and layering until the preferred depth is achieved.
